Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1. Returns: You may raise a return request for unworn products in their original condition, including original packaging and tags; having no wear and tear within 7 days of the delivery date through the website in Returns & Exchange Section.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may raise a return or exchange request through our website within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: A return request can be raised through the website in Returns & Exchange Section within 7 days of the product delivery.
2. Package and Ship: Securely package the product in their original packaging including original tags. Our delivery partners will pick up the package, and all charges for the pick-up will be borne by us.
3. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product to ensure they are in their original, unworn condition.

Refund Process

1. Approved Returns: Once your return is approved (within 24 to 48 hours), a refund will be processed to the original payment/opted method within 15 business days.

Exchanges

1. Initiate Exchange: If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or colour, please raise an exchange request through the website in Returns & Exchange Section within 7 days of the product delivery.
2. Package and Ship: Securely package the product in their original packaging including original tags. The party responsible for bearing the exchange pickup charges shall be us, limited to a single occurrence. After the first free exchange pickup, an amount of Rs.100 will be charged for any other exchange pickup.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Products showing signs of wear or damage.
2. Products not in their original packaging or missing tags.
3. Products having tampered tags.
4. Customized or personalized products.

Cancellation Policy
